CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, OR LATE FOR APPOINTMENT |

Must cancel within 24 hours or you will forfeit your deposit (phone messages are acceptable) |

If you do not show up for an appointment you will forfeit your deposit |

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment causing an interference with the next appointment you will be charged and you will need to reschedule. |
